FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS FACE YOGA?

As the name suggests, Face Yoga is the practice of yoga for the face. But contrary to popular belief, Face Yoga is practiced on the face as well as on the neck, shoulders and back. It is a holistic and therefore comprehensive practice. Thanks to exercises and self-massages, we learn to stimulate, tone and relax the muscles and the skin, in order to act on our well-being, our health and beauty.

HOW LONG SHOULD YOU PRACTICE FACE YOGA?

In order to fully benefit from the benefits of Face Yoga, it is advisable to practice on a regular basis first of all. A daily practice 4-5 times a week for 5 to 20 minutes is more than enough to tone the muscles and release tension on the face as well as on the shoulders and upper back.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF FACE YOGA?

Face Yoga is a benevolent and natural practice thanks to which we learn to work hand in hand with our body with kindness and gentleness. The practice of Facial Yoga is inexpensive and does not require any investment in equipment to start. We only practice with our hands, muscles and skin. In addition, Face Yoga is a holistic practice since it concerns the whole body and acts equally well on the back, neck and face. Thanks to Face Yoga we improve our well-being, health and beauty, since we work in depth and create lasting and visible effects.

WHEN WILL THE RESULTS BE VISIBLE?

The results vary from person to person. The key to effective practice is consistency. Know that already after the first session, you will see and feel the benefits of Face Yoga. Overworked muscles (especially forehead and jaw) will be relaxed and soothed. Muscles that lack tone (such as the cheekbones) will be more present.
After one to two weeks of practice, the sensations will amplify and become more natural. The aesthetic and health benefits will be intensified: a more radiant face, more toned muscles, fewer migraines, headaches, etc.
By integrating the practice into your daily routine, you will make your face and your health shine: swelling will be chased away, wrinkles less marked, the oval of the face more defined, the back straighter and migraines less recurring.

AT WHAT TIME OF THE DAY TO PRACTICE FACE YOGA?

Face Yoga can be practiced at any time of the day, whether in the morning, at noon or in the evening, or even several times a day.
In the morning: you will contribute to a boost, a boost for your face and your body. You will drive away swelling, circulate lymph and blood, and smooth out sleep wrinkles.
In the evening: you will contribute to a moment of well-being, a moment of relaxation and softness. You will be able to release overworked muscles and the tensions that have formed during the day.
You can do it both in the morning and in the evening, the whole thing will be to practice in a regular and benevolent manner.
